Returns

Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process your request accordingly.

Refunds

In the case of damaged products or wrong/different product delivery, we offer two options:

Refund: If you prefer a refund, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, although processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Exchange: If you would like to exchange the item for the correct one, we will ship the replacement item as soon as we receive the returned item and confirm the issue. You will not be charged for any shipping fees related to the exchange.
